I came to eat lunch here with my father in law as we were setting up his deer tree stand in a nearby farm, and this little bar/restaurant served us the Best hot beef sandwich that I have Ever had (and I'm from Nebraska, beef country) Great food, and the employees were the best. it felt like I had been there before. Love it!! Thank You Tap, and Stockton, I'll be back soon!!

Best people best food, like family!!

Staff is extremely friendly and they serve the best pizza in Freeport and Stockton, IL area.

We always try to stop at the Corner Tap Bar and Grill in Stockton, IL on our way to or from Apple Canyon Lake. They have the BEST pizza and burgers anywhere, and at the most affordable prices. The two owners are always friendly and welcoming, and even allow us bring our dog to the courtyard and keep him with us there while we eat since he's traveling with us. They even have a dog bowl always filled with water and bring out dog treats.

Great place to be if your in Stockton. Very affordable beverages and food...Try the deep dish pizza!!! also the staff is very friendly and they have the best live music in town..I give The Corner Tap 5 Stars

What a great place in such a small town. Had the ruben sandwich which was great. Great atmosphere, bartender Pat was outstanding and apears to be the place to go for lunch. If ever passing thru Stockton IL, it's the place to go. Don't pass it up. Keith

Great atmosphere and outdoor pavilion with charcoal grill - great for their Sat. night steak fry! Spent the evening playing bags with friends and enjoying a "cold one".
